Was lang geleden dat ik meer als een km. of 40 heb gelopen, wist niet meer hoe dat voelde. Maandag geen tijd gehad, dinsdag op de baan en woensdag 22 km. lsd, voel links en rechts nog wel iets maar geeft weer een lekker gevoel.
