Week 11

Yet again positive news, SPARTHATLON 2017 I am given a place!
This week I just do less and quieter. 90 km is enough now.
I also know why I had so much muscle soreness after Gilze, normally I eat healthier, sleep a little more, and after a hard workout and a healthy whey-supplemented yogurt fruit paste, this is all shot through last week

Week 10

Yes, yes, yet again train this week, despite the hassle of a funeral.
A little distraction can I use it.
Saturday cremation.
Easter and Sparthatlon crossing my mind.
Mother was my biggest and proudest fan and would like me to just go walking.
The flooded Sunday 60 in Gilze.
Nutrition during the race, I really do not know

Week 9

Actually a week to skip.
My mother is in bad shape, probably had a heart attack Tuesday.

Week 8

Basically doing well again, everything is as it should again.
Tuesday's league runners 5km. to start the job, meaning quiet and smooth running to hares to 19:30, but no one listened and have them punished by going over! Own fault
Weekday workouts are just km. Creating and Sunday was another 42 km. after training in the forest at B.o.Z.

Week 6

Yes well listen and do many exercises Menno!
Another bit of speed on the track five courses and 120 km. this week
Is it still come good

Week 5 2017

Week 4 2017

Menno and I are doing quite well….

I am able to run 12K without too much trouble, and runned the day after just about 18 km, very slowly. Job training and speed let’s just omitted

Week 3 2017

I asked help from Menno, and he will try to get me up to speed again.
Overload in several places due to an incorrect posture of the congested obliques. Now just do NOTHING.

Just registered for the Spartathlon !!!

Week 2 2017

The training on the track was going well, apart from the start, which was a bit hard.

Phoe phoe.. Thursday to 12 km but not too smoothly. Still some problems. I did a 5 km run to the forest and had to go back becuase of the pain!

So no workouts for a while, and i hope that will help, because it’s Easter soon!
